He is survived by: his daughters, Alexandria Taylor Perkins and Madison Kaeleigh Perkins; his brother Clifford Douglas Elliott (Tami); his stepbrother John Douglas Elliott (Toni); his nephew Jacob Douglas Elliott; his aunts, Brenda C. Rodgers (Tony) and Polly A Efaw (Terry); his great-aunt Josie Moon; his great-uncle Ernie Sharp; and his cousins, Donnie Perkins (Rene), Kelly Downard (Zach), Melissa Wilhelm (Tim) and Ginger Griffin.
