She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Petersen and Alice Petersen; her aunt Mae Gullickson; her husband Don; her daughters, Cheryl and Caroline; her half-brother David Kleppe; and her stepfather Otto Kleppe.

She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Blakley (Brian); and her sister Shirley Perkins. She is also survived by nephews, grandnephew, grandnieces, and great-grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Deloris may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association.
