He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence, Sr. Whitley and Geneva Whitley; and his siblings, Winelene Richardson, Constance McAdams (Betty), Juanita Norish, Edna Jean Ulland and Billy Whitley (Joe).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret M. Whitley (Peggy); his children, Jeff Whitley (Lora) and Lori Zimmer; his grandchildren, Mickensie Whitley, Matthew Whitley and Devin Zimmer; his sister Jackie Lynch (Tim); and his pets, Molly, Beni, Happy and Goldie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
