He was predeceased by: his grandchild Baby Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Charles, Jr., Greg (Cathy), Kirk (Kim) and Paul; his grandchildren, Greg, Cathy, Tiffany Thomas (Vaughn), Matthew, Kirk, Kim, Zachary, Alexis, Lydia, Paul, Karl, William and James; his great grandchildren, Tiffany (Vaughn), Rosie and Ana; and his brother Tony (Mary Ann).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made, in Chuck's loving memory, to a Catholic School and Orphanage in Honduras where his granddaughter Tiffany worked for 2 years as a teacher and missionary.
