Barker Joel Juhl Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barker Joel Juhl of Largo, Florida, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Barker may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barker touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Barker H. Juhl and Dorothy A. Juhl (Buckley); his brother Robert J.; and his children, Judy and Todd.
He is survived by: his son James; his grandsons, Jeremy Hoelzel, Tyler Juhl and Cody Juhl; and his caregiver Ligaya. He is also survived by several nieces; one nephew.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oakland Cemetery (17536 Oakland Terrace Ave, Petersburg, IL 62675).
