She was predeceased by: her mother Emma Jane McFarland; and her husband Dr. John R. Brokhoff. She is survived by: her father James Andrew; her daughter Jodi Poletz of Clearwater; and her stepchildren, Wendy Shook, Helen Landel of Charlottesville, Ginny Waits and John W. Brokhoff of Lawrenceville.
