She is survived by: her spouse Larry Sisk; her children, Sonya Sisk of Lexington, KY and Dwayne Smith (Edith) of Midway, GA; her siblings, Brenda Erickson (Rod) of Madisonville, Charles "Buck" Rickard (Vicki) of Madisonville and Ricky Rickard; her grandson Jake Smith of Vincennes, IN; and her half-siblings, Doug Rickard (Mary Lou) of Sacramento and Darlene Hoagland (Buddy) of Central City, KY.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Anna's memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
