He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Lou Smith, James and Dorothy Robson; and his father-in-law Michael Haggerty. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Smith and Patricia Smith of Campbell; his wife Jennifer Haggerty Smith; his children, Mackenzie Mosher of Elmira, NY, Caleb Polmanteer of Avoca, NY and Kyle Smith of Boca Raton, FL.; his brother Todd Smith (Ana) of Orlando, FL; and his aunts and uncles, Paul (Marie Smith), Susan (Daniel Cook), Leon (Carrie Smith), Dodie (Kyle Briggs), James Smith (Robin Wilson) and Tom (Mary Lou Robson). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
