He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his daughter Trycia Carlton (Robert); his granddaughters, Brandi, Amber and Emily; his daughter Donna Strandell (Brandon); his grandchildren, Sarah and Thomas; his daughter Teresa Salamone (John); his grandchildren, Zack and Stephanie; his son Mark Haag (Laura); his brother Doug (Marilyn); and his nieces and nephews, Brenda, Jason and Rest.
