We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2023, at the age of 84, Joan T Rowan (Lantana, Florida), born in Schenectady, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Thomas and Katherine McGowan Thomas; her brother Richard Thomas; her husband James Patrick Rowan; and her daughter Katherine Margaret Rowan Darling.
She is survived by: her close friend James P. Rowan; her daughters, Deborah Anne Rowan Nunez (Carlos Nunez), Patricia Rowan Cody and Christine Rowan Parks (Courtney Parks); and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Sarah, Sean, Emily and Damon. She is also survived by her daughters and grandchildren.
