We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2020, at the age of 92, Andrew Thomas Cooks of Lantana, Florida, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Cooks and Goldie Stager; his siblings, Raymond Cooks and Deanna Howell; and his wife Rivete Alves Cooks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Fortin (Eric), Jeanine Weis, Maria Teresa Cooks and Regina Rivete Hohenwarter (Adam); his siblings, Donald Cooks (Rose), Madeline Russell (Loren) and Reva Bubeck (Edward); and his grandchildren, Gabriela, Jackie and Jonathan. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and countless extended family.
