He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Schwall Bartlett. He is survived by: his children, David Bartlett and Cynthia Rayss; his grandchildren, Jason Rayss and Heather Midkiff; and his great grandchildren, Kinsey, Corbin and Levi.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association or Trustbridge Hospice Foundation.
