He is survived by: his children, Rachel Hensel (Austin) and Kyle Shaffer; his siblings, Brenda Shaffer (Lynda) and Tim Shaffer (Dana); his nephew Mitchell Shaffer (Allison); and his niece Morgan Shaffer. He is also survived by friends and an extended family.
