He is survived by: his wife Lisa Shook; his sons, Joshua and Cayden; his sister April Quintin; his aunts, Vicki, Barbara Campbell and Romella Harrell; his uncle Ken Riggins; his parents-in-law, Steve, Connie Toler and Rodney Shook (Christina Biavaschi); and his cousins, Kennis Riggins, Chris Riggins and Wes Harrell.
