He was predeceased by: his father Bobby O'Brien; his brother Jeremy O'Brien; and his uncle Kris O'Brien. He is survived by: his mother Kathy O'Brien (Ellen Rafer); and his son Jeremiah Joshua O'Brien. He is also survived by Grandparents, and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
