He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Joseph Anthony Nieves (Laura), Joseph Daniel Nieves (Katherina), Michael Anthony Nieves (Katie), Eric Eliseo Nieves, Rosalie Kureshy (Imran), Jeanne Morgan (Michelle) and Iris Marie Ferrara (Will); and his grandchildren, Sabrina, Rehan, Jarrad, Kelsey, Jillian, Tyler, Felicia, Catherine, Cassandra, Isys, Luna, Arya, Alyssa, Lia and Eva. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
