It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Holly Ann Jazbinsek (Land O' Lakes, Florida), born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Larry Charles, Thomas Fowler and Betty Fowler. She is survived by: her husband John L. Jazbinsek III; her daughters, Shelby Jazbinsek and Hailey Jazbinsek; her parents, Norm Fowler and Lenora Fowler; her sister April Fowler; her niece Stella Celko; and her grandmother Shirley McGuire.
