He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rice Jr. and Dolores Rice (Chase). He is survived by: his children, Thomas, Katherine (Katie) and Madison Rice of Florida; his sisters, Katherine and Priscilla Rice; and his nephew Aaron Burns. He is also survived by many cousins and old friends.
