He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Lola"; his children, John David, Andrews Ruben (Melanie), Peter Thomas Munoz, Sara Bauza (Ariel), Hadassah Munoz, Adelia Munoz, Dianh Munoz, Soldeina Munoz and Laura Elena Thompson (Erin); his sisters, Denise, Bonnie and Idilia; his grandchildren, Rachel, Michael, Laura, Anthony, Arielle, Daniel, Samuel, Jr., Diana, Sol Arlene, Luz Maria, Ishaan, Ethan, Paloma, Ariana and Isabella; and his great grandchild Alena.
