He was predeceased by: his brothers, Pedro Ocasio and Raul Ocasio. He is survived by: his wife Justina; his children, Alfredo Ocasio II (Sian), Frances Arcario (Charlie) and Neysa Smith (Scott); his siblings, Efrain Ocasio, Charlie Ocasio, Maria Laudante, Leticia Ceinos, Diana Marcos and Iraida Espada; his grandchildren, Bella, Marisa, Charlie, Danyse and Ryan; and his stepgrandchildren, Abigail, Isaac, Samuel and Sally. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
