With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Stark (Lakewood Ranch, Florida), born in Twin Falls, Idaho, who passed away on December 24, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Stark and Judy Stark (Forrester); his son Richard; his brother Wesley; and his father-in-law John Balbach of Warren, IL.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha (Balbach); his daughter Jennifer of Chicago, IL; his sister Nolene of Afton, OK; his mother-in-law Jane Balbach of Warren, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Stark of Clifton, MO, Sandra Shea (Tom) of Janesville, WI and Jean Beeler (Chris) of Freeport, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces.
