He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Frank and Sarah Frank; his wife Charlene; and his siblings, Geraldine Greenwald (Frank), Betty Schoenbaum (Alex) and Joe Frank (Irene).

He is survived by: his children, Melanie Moody (Hardy), Michael Frank (Laura), Marijane Reeves (Stan), Matthew Frank and Milton Frank; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Phillips (Ben), Aimee Reeves, Ian Frank, Stav Frank and Lior Frank; and his great grandchildren, Mila, Sloane Phillips and Steve Poteet (Tootie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
