He is survived by: his children, Kristin Culliton of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Brendan Culliton (Kim Culliton) of Coxs Creek, KY; his brother James Milton Culliton, Jr (Linda Culliton) of Suffolk, VA; and his grandchildren, Brendan Culliton, Jr., Kaden Culliton, Brittany Miller and Jordan Miller.
