He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Edward and Effie Norine. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann; his brother Quentin; his sister-in-law Wendy; his nieces, Jennifer, Katie, Jessie and Sophia of Baltimore, Maryland; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl and Donald of Dundalk, Maryland. He is also survived by friends and police he considered brothers.
