He was predeceased by: his parents, Ntxoov Khang and Shoua Khang (Vang). He is survived by: his wife Vang Vang Khang; and his children, Phoua Vang (Cher Vang), Toua Khang, Xay Watkins (Jeremy Watkins), Bey Xiong (Kou Xiong), Lee Yang (John Yang), Yer Hawkins (Jeffrey Hawkins), Fong Khang (Yee Khang), Xang Khang (Gemma Khang) and Mytru Khang (Ntxoov Xeem Hang). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
