She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Liff and Florence Liff; her husband Carl Ramsey; her siblings, Elmer Liff, Gene Mason and Kathy Lockhart; her daughters, Barbara A Smith and Connie M Stickle; her grandson Karl David Ramsey; and her great grandchild Adora B Crisp.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Ramsey (Pam), Carl David Ramsey (Steve Stickle), Cheryl Robinson (Roger) and Elaine Williams. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, forty one great grandchildren and twenty one great great grandchildren.
