He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Etta Moyer and Howard Dayton Mourey. He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn Simpson-Mourey; his daughters, Stacey Lyn Strange (Stephen) and Lisa Dawn Newman (Daniel); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Payne (Ryan), Caleb Newman (Angela), Isaac Strange, Collin Newman, Cody Newman, Samuel Strange, Corbin Newman (Grace), Caden Newman and Carleigh Newman; his great grandchildren, Micah Strange, Levi Payne and Sadie Mae Newman; his siblings, Ronald Mourey (Peggy), Joan Mourey-Erwine (Gary) and Susan Mourey-Creasy (Mark); and his in-laws, Terry, Beth Simpson, Daniel, Brenda Simpson and Loren McElroy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
