He is survived by: his children, John, Matt (Leslie), Mary and Mark; his grandchildren, John Jr., Amanda, Elizabeth, Erika, Kaitlyn, Sierra, Lukas, Cody and Gabriel; his great grandchildren, Jennifer, John III, Donnie IV, Joseph, Salvatore, Alexander, Marlow and Callahan; and his brother Larry.
