He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Hoffman and Gale Hoffman (Gorman); his brother William Hoffman; and his daughters, Traci Hoffman and Lisa Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Hoffman (Short); his daughter Kim Bott; and his sister Carol O'Neil.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (210 W Lemon St, Lakeland, FL 33815). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
