It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nestor Jose Batlle Jimenez (Lakeland, Florida), who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Nestor Jose Batlle may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He is survived by: his mother Teresa Jimenez; and his grandmother Carmen Jimenez.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lakeland Funeral Home (2125 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (210 W Lemon St, Lakeland, FL 33815).
