He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Carrillo and Filomena Carrillo; and his wife Wilma Correira Cruz. He is survived by: his children, Luis Eduardo Carrillo (Patricia), Carlos Enrique Carrillo (Angele), Claudia Carrillo Hudson (Robert) and Sandra Campisi (Sal); his grandchildren, Everett Hamilton (Alexis), Olivia Hamilton, Sal Campisi III, Tomas Carrillo, Grace Campisi and Isabel Carrillo; and his close friend Patricia Meland.
