He is survived by: his children, Nathaniel Sebastain Swartz and Gabrielle Nicole Partin; his fiancée Heather Quattlebaum; his mother Sherrill Swartz; his siblings, Linda Wetsel (Richard), John Swartz (Erin) and Gregory Swartz; and his children, Zachary Quattlebaum and Kaitlyn Quattlebaum. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
