He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Forshay and Betty Forshay; his son Robert Wallick Jr.; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Booth and Alexandra Locke.
He is survived by: his wife Roxanna; his children, Donna Schroeder (Keith), Melissa Locke, Christopher Booth and Donald Booth; and his siblings, David Forshay (Stella), Barbara Bender and Vicki Price.
