He is survived by: his wife Irene Harper; his children, Mike Harper (Sharon), Tim Harper (Sandy) and Peggy Lee; and his grandchildren, Brett Harper (Elizabeth), Jeremy Harper (Joanna), Brayton Harper, Brandon Harper (Amber), Jared Forrester (Courtney), Tayler Russell (Dustin) and Quinn White (Kari).
