He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilt and Florence Wilt; and his sister Jane Wilt Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wilt; his children, Jeffrey Wilt, Cynthia Westgate, Felicity Hendrix (Steve) and Charity Fuchs (Dan); and his brother James Wilt (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes - Southside Chapel (1727 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Oak Hill Burial Park (4620 US Hwy 98 S, Lakeland, FL 33812).
