He is survived by: his mother Carmen Martinez; and his siblings, Miguel, Manuel Ortiz, Mili Ortiz, Jehzel Ortiz, Zellimar Ortiz and Josue Ortiz.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakeland Funeral Home (2125 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
