He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wallace A., Mary Illgen, Joseph H. and Geneva Jones; and his parents, Edward R. Illgen and Margaret Jones Illgen.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Illgen; his daughter Amy Lynn Illgen; his grandson Jay Zell Loyd Jr. of Lakeland; his uncle Frank Jones of Vero Beach; and his siblings, David Illgen of Lakeland and Debra Illgen Clark of St. Augustine. He is also survived by numerous friends, family, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to American Cancer Society.
