David A. Lussier Obituary

David A. Lussier, Jr. died recently at his Lakeland, FL home. He was 62.

Born in Lowell, MA, Lussier lived in Pelham, NH before moving to Nantucket, MA at the age of 10. After graduating from Tabor Academy in Marion, MA, he attended Northeastern University in Boston. He served in the U.S. Navy for several years and was stationed in Scotland for a majority of his service.

After leaving the service, Lussier worked in accounting while living in Yarmouthport, MA and Newburyport, MA. He moved to Florida 13 years ago, living and working in Kissimmee for several years before settling in Lakeland.

Lussier was an avid reader, enjoyed science fiction and role playing games, and loved to engage in political discourse.

He leaves his mother, Barbara (MacKay) Lussier of Yarmouthport, MA; three sisters, Donna Lussier-Lyne of Kissimmee, FL, Gail Sund-Lussier of Oxford, MA, and Katherine Lussier of Seekonk, MA; five nephews and a niece. A private memorial service is planned for a later time.
