It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Dean of Lakeland, Florida, born in Plant City, Florida, who passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra Parks; and her brother Will Parks. She is survived by: her grandsons, Owen, Reed and Brandt Judino; her husband James Dean; her daughter Charity Judino; her father Woodrow Parks; and her sisters, Cindy Daniels and Sandy Glenn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
