She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvert William Hockersmith and Ida Mae Douthitt; her brothers, Billy Hockersmith and Donald Hockersmith; and her son David Kent Boggess.
She is survived by: her husband Charles August Dierickx; her children, Debbie Thompson (Jeff), Edwin Boggess (Lisa), Shawn Dierickx (Kandi), Sheri Nichols (Nic) and Shannon Dierickx (Kristi); and her siblings, Marshall Hockersmith (Julie) and Joyce Hoffman. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
