She is survived by: her husband Dean Phillips; her children, Douglas Phillips (Barbara) of Orlando, FL and Shelly Smith (Lawrence) of San Antonio, FL; and her grandchildren, Ginger McCabe (Shane) of Lakeland, FL, Kami Hanna (Clint) of Ambridge, PA and Christopher Phillips of Wayland, MI. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
