Carroll (Chuck) of Charleston, SC and Doreen M. Barnes (Don); and his siblings, James E. Applewhite (Barbara) of Lakeland, FL, Morris P. Applewhite (Kathy) of Ellington, FL, Daniel J. Applewhite (Carol) of Lakeland, FL and Dolly Puzon (James) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, and 13 Great Grandchildren.
