He was predeceased by: his parents, Murlin and Mary Evelyn Boykin; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Humphrey; his children, Richard Humphrey (Tammy) and Nichole Humphrey; and his siblings, Beverly Little (Ron), Carolyn Perry and Jimmy Humphrey (Carol). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
