He is survived by: his mother Elecia Fernandez; his wife Agustina; his children, William Manuel (Dania), Jessica (Michael Rodriguez) and Rosalie (Julio Smith); his grandchildren, Michayla, Mahlia and Mackenzie Rodriguez; his sons, Tyler, Timothy Smith and Liam Fernandez; his siblings, Altagracia, Jose Arturo (Tania), Eduardo (Rosie), Rosa Onely, Carlos Alberto (Gladys), Osmarix and Hector Ramon (Erika); his mother-in-law Marianela Jimenez; and his sister-in-law Marianela Jimenez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and God children.
