He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isabel Santor and William B. Santor; his wife Karla Kennedy Santor; his children, Valerie Stadler, Julie O'Callahan, Jennifer Lazo and Jermey Vaughn; his sisters, Isabel Ferrer and Lucy Santor; his niece Christine Ferrer; his grandchildren, Brian Williams, Joseph O'Callaghan, Zachary Breder, Clayton Vaughn, Hailey Vaughn, Tyler Palmer, Braydon Palmer and Logan Lazo; his great grandchildren, Miles Williams and Owen Williams; his sisters, Stephanie and Aida; and his stepfather Beder Llull. He was also cherished by wife, family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Willie's honor to The Turtle Hospital in the Florida Keys, furthering his commitment to the conservation of the marine life he held so dear or to St. Jude Children's Hospital to further support his admiration for children and their recovery back to a healthy life that they can enjoy.
