He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Tulgan and Rae Tulgan. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his great grandchild Maya Rae Fleagle; his brother Norman Tulgan (Flora Lee); his sister-in-law Carol Tulgan; and his stepgrandchildren, Jenna (Brandon Comstock) and Adam Rosenbloom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
