She was predeceased by: her husband Abraham; and her siblings, Joseph Piper, Morris Piperno and Molly Olney. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Winkler (Suzanne), Jason Winkler (Ana) and Lorraine Winkler; and her grandchildren, Sherry Kraviski, Debbie Richardson, David Piper, Lauren DePoala, Aubrey Winkler and Adam Winkler.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Sarah's honor be made to Jewish Family Services of Palm Beach County.
