He is survived by: his parents, Judith Swartout and Ronald Swartout; his aunts and uncles, Rich, Mary Stein, Terry and Cherrie Gorka; his nieces and nephews, Zachary Swartout, Charles Swartout, Ashlee Frye (Aavery) and Lyette Swartout; his great-nephews, Ayden and Asher Frye; and his great-niece Adalynn Frye. He is also survived by nine cousins.
