He was predeceased by: his father Lt. Colonel Paul R. Kane Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Carol B. Kane; his wife Darlene Marie Kane; and his siblings, Mary Ann, Carol Ann, Kathleen, Arthur and Elizabeth.
