He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Charrier and Antoinette Charrier (Poulin); and his brother Bernard Ronald (Joseph). He is survived by: his husband Duane Burbank; his siblings, Francis of Lake Worth, FL, Rudy (Linda) of Wesley Chapel, FL and Judy Waller of Sedona, AZ.; and his friends, Anita Robertson and Elizabeth Wendler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
